Description

Currently, JD will only detect files as "Already exists" if a final filename is set.
However, this is often not the case.

Suggestion:
- Add setting to trust filenames which are not final filenames
- Do this via default or add setting: If a forced filename has been set e.g. by the user or packagizer, either take that as final filename or also add a setting for the above mentioned decisions

Background:
Some filehosts will waste users traffic on downloadlink generation which is of course not our fault.
E.g.:
https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=83252
--> The mentioned issue will also happen if same files in one package do not get recognized as mirrors for whatever reason but user still wants to skip existing files based on filename.
