Description

This is a ticket supposed to collect information regarding this issue and, if possible, find a solution.

Some users have this issue for (some) services using https in their final downloadurls ... well by todays standards every site should do this.

(more see comments of this ticket)
Synology SSL high CPU usage/low dlspeed thread:

Some of our plugins have workarounds for this by using http for the final downloadurls (e.g. alldebrid.com) but that is of course not a good 'solution'.

Results:
-try to stick with Java8 for low power/performance systems without hardware optimization/support for GCM for highest download speed results when using native JavaJSSE
-when using newer Java versions like 11/13.. change settings to prefer BouncyCastle for highest download download speed at same/lower cpu usage
