This is a ticket supposed to collect information regarding this issue and, if possible, find a solution.

Some users have this issue for (some) services using https in their final downloadurls ... well by todays standards every site should do this.

Synology SSL high CPU usage/low dlspeed thread:

Some of our plugins have workarounds for this by using http for the final downloadurls (e.g. alldebrid.com) but that is of course not a good 'solution'.

-try to stick with Java8 for low power/performance systems without hardware optimization/support for GCM for highest download speed results when using native JavaJSSE
-when using newer Java versions like 11/13.. change settings to prefer BouncyCastle for highest download download speed at same/lower cpu usage
