Description

Short summary:
Some MOCHs use caching to save traffic and be able to deliver files quicker to their users.
This will cause the following issues:
- CRC failure if another CRC hash was set by original host plugin in linkcheck before
- Stop at 99,99% because the final verified filesize slightly differs from expected filesize

Possible solutions:
- MOCH provides correct CRC hash along with downloadurl
- Disable CRC check for some MOCH or MOCH API returns flag to tell us whether or not to perform CRC check
- (Always?)Trust final filesize provided by MOCH
