Description
add new icon indicator to bottom bar (corner) that informs user that he/she
decided to
-skip all captchas
-skip all captchas from host xy
-skip all captchas for package xy
...
that way the user can see his/her decisions
also add support to revoke those decisions without need to stop/start (stop current session) downloads
