I've just discovered this:
I guess this is stupid and there is not really a reason to export an NZB als DLC but on the other side, JD will ask to delete the NZB so in case users want to transfer a package to another JDownloader instance, it just won't work.

Log shows:
- Add NZB and start download via MOCH (content is online)
- Export as DLC and delete old NZB package
- Import DLC
- Start downloads --> All offline
- Delete all and add NZB again --> Downloads start fine again
