Description

I know the handling was just recently changed but still - in my opinion, it should be possible for multihost plugins to declare a link as offline simply because there are some hosts which often show the real status only on downloadstart.
Either make an extra exception for this case or change the handling back to how it was before (trust MOCHs).
It's not a big deal to remove the file_not_found exceptions in all MOCH plugins which are untrustful.

Example:
http://www.mediafire.com/?ys8kslkpn2jv2p6
API will return online status --> Now let's say JD tries this via multihost --> Fails --> Tries free mode --> Finds correct status BUT note that:
-Not all OCHs allow downloading all kinds of links/filesizes for free users so this example is still not the best example
-Some may also work via free mode but in the end, user needs to enter a captcha just to see that the link really is offline

Having mentioned these reasons, in my opinion MOCH plugins should be able to tell JD that a link is offline - we just need to know which multihosts we can trust and which not.
