Disk full --> Bad behavior for links with unknown filesize

Ok this is the situation:
-Multiple packages
-Subfolder via packagename enabled
-All links have unknown filesize
-Target path (disk) is full or not enough space available
Problems:
1. JD will relatively slowly go through all links instead of stopping completely - the disk is full and this will not change.
I know it may happen that there are some links with known filesize that still fit on the drive but still, I think a direct stop of all dls would make more sense.
2. JD will create all subfolders of each package but will not download a single file --> Chaos for the user.
