Some of the toolbar Icons have only one image, even though they toggle something on and off. This is very confusing to users.

For example, the JD Shutdown icon is a partly open door with a red arrow exiting. When JD Shutdown is (inactive) off, the arrow should be replaced by a green square (to correspond to the blue stop square). Maybe the Door should be changed to something that indicates completion (a green Pie Chart with a red arrow for active, just the Pie Chart for inactive). The alternative is to use a check box.

This should be handled consistently for all optional toolbar icons.

As far as I know all of the menu toggles have a tick-box. This must be tested.

Note: As indicated elsewhere, it is important that everything available by toolbar button have an easy equivalent in the main text menus (Enabling via the Addons menu is probably not good enough if there is a direct icon).

Note: All of the settings available via the Premium or Addons menus should be in the Settings for the item. For addons, this means adding an Activated tick-box.
