2 missing keys + missing "close" button for plugin settings

Description

As said, the missing keys are to "Show" the Language Editor and for the "Passwords & Logins" branch in the settings tree.
Besides, in the SyntheticaStandard skin there is NO button to close the plugins' settings (at least the X icon), so the button is invisible.

On a side note, the new options to test JD with the work-in-progress translation or just the keys, are a godsend. Thanks a lot for that!!

Besides many languages are SERIOUSLY outdated, lacking more than 300 translations and with even more obsolete keys. I'd say, call for translators to start doing their jobs to have it ready for a fantastic, well rounded 0.7 version.

It's VERY important that people across the world have a great and pleasant user experience with JDownloader to keep using it and promote adoption.

SyntheticaStandard is not supported, and will not be available in next nightly
