Description

Right now the list are saved every 10 seconds or when the DownloadWathcDog is finished.
The option was to prevent losing the lists in case of power failure, but current settings
generate too much HDD writings:
- I've 1 file in the downloadlist and the file (backup) is generated each 5 seconds,
which results in 12 backups/minute....
I'm downloading file which is about 500 MB, it will take ~90 minutes, in the middle of
download the number of backups already reaches 500 for downloadlist :/
I think it is written too many times (in the period of time), especially when running JD on laptops where
power failure is prevented by switching to the battery.
Also so many files created and deleted will increase defragmentation of the HDD...

On the other instance JD is idle and I have 6 backups of DL list (each 1 MB), of course all are the same (nothing has changed for last 4 minutes where the backups are saved).

Please add the Advanced option for setting the period (in seconds, min = 10) between saves (default = 0 acts like as it is now).
