Description

Hey guys
Just like people share maps in games, I think we should give our users the ability to easily share their customized JD2 UIs.
This way we can:
-Officially Provide different default ui configs
-Also offer our users the shared UIs

At the moment this is why that's not easily possible:
-Customized menus can be exported but not all together
-Making a backup will include EVERYTHING including downloadlinks, downloadpaths and other private data
-Note that "universal configuration" shall not only include the modified menus but also most of the advanced settings (but not all e.g. downloadpath) because we also have a lot of advanced settings that affect the feel

I think this is important as at the moment there is just no easy way to switch to another UI without losing the downloadlist and other important things (downloadpath, packagizer rules).
Especially now that more users are switching to JD2 they WILL be stuck on the new Ui and there is no easy way for them to just switch to a "lighter" Ui.
