Description

JD Shows a flashgot install window if he detects that the user ahs never seen it

2 little bugs:

1)
the window is not always on top. CHeck AOT settings of installer and its single frames. IT may occure, that the flasggot installdiaog is behind the splash screen. Splash sould be set as parent here. (DummyFRame-class)

2)
JD does not remember that the user ahs seen the flashgot install dialog on jd installation and shows the dialog once again
