Description
-It doesn't save it's settings in the moment you enter/change them, behaves erratically in that matter in the sense that it may take a restart or two to work.
-The bottom pop-up tab of settings for the Language Editor doesn't pop up anymore after opening settings of other plugins a couple of times.
Suggestion
-Please, allow saving the loc file in the tmp folder without forcing to upload it everytime, implementing something like an Upload/Save/Cancel dialog. Saving it wouldn't require a entering a description.

There are often lots of translaters fopr one file. People have to upload their changes immediatelly or their might be conflicts with newer versions. That's why an immediate upload seems to be the best solution

I select "Do not upload changes to SVN" and hide the LangEd settings... open the settings again and it's unselected. - I input my svn credentials, close it, open again, and it's empty again. It saves them when it wants, sometimes i'm lucky, sometimes i'm not and have to restart JD and try again. This behaviour may happen after loading a language i guess, that's when i tried this.
BTW, there is no icon or nothing to "close" those settings tabs for plugins, i just found that i have to click in it's upper-right corner and there is an invisible button, and that's how i "close" it. Check that too.

Ok, i meant this cause i tend to save my LOC (and move the file to test the result) twice or three times when i work on it, all in a lapse of 20 minutes usually, not hours nor days. Do as you find suitable.
