Description

Apparently, sorting is still in one of ISO code page orders.

Case independent sorting is important (I know it is a little slower).
Users are starting to expect Unicode ordering and rendition instead of Win-125x.
Unicode sorting should be faster, because Java stores Characters in a modified UTF-16 format internally.

When saving text to a log or file, it should be in UTF-8, so characters can be rendered. Alternatively, they can be in \u#### format.
