Description

When there is more than one anti-Captcha challenge to be automatically solved or to be presented to a user, only one (1) challenge should processed at a time.

Currently, if automatic anti-Captcha is disabled, when JD starts multiple Captcha challenges may be presented to the user, sometimes interrupting each other. With the large number of reCaptcha sites, I have been disabling automatic anti-Captcha when I am at the computer. Having one Captcha prompt interrupt another (while I am typing) is very disconcerting (this does not only happen when JD starts or reconnects).

If automatic anti-Captcha is enabled, there are times when multiple anti-Captcha threads run concurrently. Especially with windows_anti_reCaptcha, this can hog the CPU (each can use up to 70% of my CPU when there is no significant competition). Only one anti_captcha (or anti_reCaptcha) thread should run at a time.
