It's always the last package you select, which won't change the destination, now matter if you use Shift+click to select a several packages, or ctrl+click each of them

its because when you close the info panel the info gets saved , its the third one thats showing the info in panel.
close the panel and then do the rightclick thing ;)

Also note that current Stable has the bug that if you change the path while downloads are running, the files which are downloading at the moment will just keep their ".part" ending after download is finished.
