Description

If the service prefix (http://) is missing from a link, JDownloader should still recognize the link under certain circumstances:
1) If it is inside an href and does not contain a #, it is a link and the service prefix added if it is missing.
2) If it is passed from CNL or FlashGot in the link field, it is a link and the service prefix added if it is missing.
3) If it begins with www.[known hostname]/ it should be considered a link and http:// added.
4) If it begins with ftp.[known hostname]/ it should be considered a link and ftp:// added.
5) If it begins with [JDownloader prefix].[known hostname]/ it should be considered a link and the service prefix added if it is missing. The [JDownloader prefix] is jd, dlc, and the other names that JD adds to the Windows registry as service prefixes when enabling CNL or External Interface.
6) If it begins with [known hostname]/ and is not case (1) or (2), it should not be considered a link.
