One user is asking to be able to add sounds to the events.
The scheduler should trigger events, rather than actions, once Event Manager is back.

Should be able to respond to and generate system messages (For Windows, should respond to important main Window pump; should be able to generate messages, given numerical equivalent). This is mostly for internal use (system constants would be used), but it also should allow response to Quit, exit, SIGINT, Window-Minimize, window-Restore, screen-saver-on, screen-saver-off, Mouse entered windows, keyboard input available, and so on.
