Description

The recommendation is the elimination of "Stop mark" from the operation of JD and the UI vocabulary. To the users, it is just a confusing vocabulary.

The user desired effect is "Disable starting new downloads". Which can be summarized by the title "Wait for stop". It currently does not seem to matter where the stop mark is attached, so the stop mark itself is useless.

It is recommended that Settings - Basics - Download & Connections - General - "Let Reconnections interrupt resumable downloads" be changed to Let Disable New Downloads interrupt resumable downloads". This would apply to both the Wait for Stop and Automatic Reconnection.

The new image for this feature would be a Red Octagon with a check box. A hand in the Stop (palm and fingers vertical) position could be painted into the Octagon if the Octagon alone is not enough.
