Description

For Addons, the menu supplies a location to enable/disable the addon. This overrides the settings in
Settings - Plugins & Addons - Addons - <addon>

Having three ways to enable/disable an addon (the table, the settings tree, and the Addons menu) adds to user confusion and the likelihood of bugs.

An enable/disable disable check box might have to be added to the settings page for some of the addons (a connect button for JDChat), but most of the addons should not be disabled or altered on a frequent basis. Only JDChat, JDAntiStandby, and JDShutdown really need changing, the rest either are usually just left or are expert-only features.
