Description

According to users, Rapidshare now limits new IP addresses for a user to 4 times per day. I believe that this is for users with Rapidshare Premium accounts and automatic reconnections are triggered by downloads from a different host. It is not clear if the count is reset at midnight (CET) or if it is a count per 24 hours.

It would be helpful if there were either a limited number of reconnects per day or a minimum time between reconnects. I recommend an option for the minimum time between reconnection. This would be an Settings - Modules - Reconnection - Advanced.

If this is implemented as a minimum time for the next reconnection and a flag that is set when a reconnection is desired, it should not be difficult. The hard part is a separate issue: When a link is in a wait state because of a host generated situation, it should lock all other links for that host.
